At Fun Factory, we understand that plans can sometimes change. To help us manage bookings fairly and ensure availability for all families, the following cancellation policy applies:

Party Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party bookings. This deposit reserves your chosen date and time and covers the administration and preparation involved in your booking.

If you need to cancel your party, please let us know as soon as possible. Any payments made above the 50% deposit may be refunded at Fun Factory's discretion, taking into account the notice provided, whether we are able to rebook your party slot, and any costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

General Bookings

If you need to cancel a general booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund or transfer request will be considered in line with the notice provided and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Cancellation by Fun Factory

In the unlikely event that Fun Factory needs to cancel your booking, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
